This is one of my favorite engagement sessions from last year. You have already seen their spectacular wedding on these pages. (I'm a little backwards here. Trying to catch up and get a schedule!) Jenny and Jeremiah have an easy kind of love. It radiates from them like a warm spring day. Here's to dreaming of warmer weather! We started our day at Monticello where Jeremiah schooled us on heirloom plants from the gardens. Then we trekked up to Carter's Mountain for a quick trot with their adorable dog and managed to catch a spectacular sunset for the grand finale. This is the epitome of engagement shoots. It has it all. Natural beauty, gorgeous light, awesome outfits and LOVE. Glorious, wonderful LOVE!
Last fall my cousin Erin and I took our children to Carter's Mountain Orchard. They are only four months apart and growing up so fast! They had a blast running around the orchard and picking apples. It is such fun watching the two of them together and they are changing so quickly. It seems like a blur sometimes and I'm so glad I could capture these moments. These are the memories that will last a lifetime. I hold onto them with balled fists hoping to make it last just a little longer!
